We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay through PayPal for added security. All payments on Qrikoh Skyline are processed through encrypted channels, so your information stays protected.
Once we ship your order, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Just click the link in that email or go to our Track My Order page and enter your order number. You'll be able to see exactly where your package is.
Yes! Qrikoh Skyline is committed to offering cruelty free beauty products. We work with brands that never test on animals. Every product description clearly states its cruelty free status, and we're constantly expanding our selection of ethical beauty options.
Most of them do, but every product page tells you what it's best for. If you have sensitive, dry, oily, or combination skin, check the details before buying. Not sure what to get? Just reach out and we'll help you figure it out.
It depends on where you are. Standard shipping in Canada usually takes 5 to 7 business days. We have express options if you need something faster. International orders take around 10 to 14 business days. You'll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
You have 30 days to return most items. They need to be unused and in the original packaging with your receipt. Some beauty and personal care items can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Check our Returns page for all the details.
Yes to both. Gift wrapping costs a little extra and you can add it at checkout. We also have digital and physical gift cards in different amounts. Gift cards don't expire and work on anything in the store.
A lot of them are. We list every ingredient on the product pages so you can check for anything you're allergic to. If you have really sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first or talking to your dermatologist.
We ship to some countries outside Canada. Shipping costs and times vary depending on where you are. Keep in mind you might have to pay customs fees or import duties. Check our Shipping page to see if we deliver to your country.

We're really sorry if that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of getting your order and send us photos of what's wrong. We'll get you a replacement or refund as fast as we can. Your satisfaction matters to us.
